Samir is a professional. He knows what to do, and does it to perfection. He can't do anything less, because that's who he is--the type of person he is. will complete your project the way it should be done, as if it was his own.
Samir and team were incredible. I would like to separate out the work product from the service aspect. The work product you can seen from the pictures - our bathrooms are transformed. It’s one thing to select nice finishes and materials and another thing to install them with care and quality. They delivered on both. Then, there is the service aspect. My wife was late into her pregnancy when we started the work and then we had a newborn and a young child too while the work was being finalized. Samir and team were so conscientious - there were times when we weren’t even sure they were there because the were working so quietly. I recommend them without reservation and will turn to them for any future work we do.
I only posted a picture of what Samir and his crew accomplished because, frankly, I am too embarrassed to show how bad it looked before! Reasonable prices, and as their company name implies, truly professional, quality work, completed in a timely manner. I also appreciated that Samir was easy to reach, easy to communicate with, and kept me informed of the progress of the work with photos every step of the way. The bathroom now looks like it belongs in a luxury building (and my building is NOT a luxury building!) Samir dealt with my building's strict policies, and paperwork like a true pro. Thank you!!

Very happy with their work so far. I had to call for one job for a neighbour and they were able to come out sooner than I had hoped. Thorough work at a great price. I was especially happy because a different company had given me an unbelievably high quote for the work before I found S & A. I'm looking forward to having them work on more repairs.

I had Samir and his team level and install a new hardwood floor in my home. I also had him do extensive patching of my interior walls and paint. He gave me a timeframe and the job was done just when he said it would be. Additonally the quality was wonderful! I've never had work completed on time by a contractor so i was so happy to be able to rely on Samir. He and his team were professional and treated my home with care. My formerly shabby home is now beautiful. I highly recommend this contractor.

I can only add on the glowing reviews Samir's company is receiving from others. I was replacing my countertops from laminate to quartz and I hired Samir to deal with the associated plumbing and carpentry. This involved a four step operation: dismantle and remove old sink/faucet and dishwasher; remove old countertop/install new countertop; reconnect sink+faucet and dishwasher; and finally. replace a damaged side panel at the end of the countertop and mount the dishwasher in position. Samir is an incredible professional: he can handle carpentry, plumbing, and probably a few other things besides; he is meticulous and careful in his work; and came up with an intelligent solution in mounting my dishwasher in position (it is a small 18in machine that needs to be anchored in position, but can't drill in the countertop). Samir is also personable, someone pleasant to talk to and with interesting things to say. His helper was also polite and worked well with his boss, who supervised him at all times. The price was reasonable and I think well deserved for the work that has been done. Thank you!!!
Samir and team were awesome from beginning to finish with my bathroom renovation project. Samir offered great design suggestions, did high quality work, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. Additionally, their prices were very fair, especially given the quality of work. I highly recommend them for any home renovation project, and I will likely be using them again if and when the time comes.
